ALM Corporation manufactures electro-hydraulic custom designed 2 & 4 column ( and larger) material handling lifts. Lifts are available in a wide assortment of types and sizes to meet your unique lifting needs. Our Sales/Engineering Staff will work with your Company to modify an existing ALM product or design a Lift that will be engineered to meet the rigid requirements of industry for safety as well as productivity and give you years of trouble free service.

ALM can also manufacture 2,4,6, or more columns offering electronically equalized lifting and lowering requiring no overhead or underfloor mechanical equalization system.

 

 

This Material Handling Lift was specifically designed to load large frame assemblies, containers and other rigid components onto production lines or transport carts to improve productivity, safety and eliminate the use of cumbersome overhead cranes and forktrucks.

 

The Material Handling Lift shown here was designed to raise and unload the cab and sleeper independently of each other removing them from transport carts. This allows the operator to complete the assembly process and marry the two together to make 1 integrated cab sleeper assembly ready to assemble on to a truck frame. This Lift control system allowed each Lift set to operate independent of the other or simultaneously at the operators’s discretion.

The 2 column Lift shown here can raise loads to various working heights, load or unload heavy objects on to work stations or production line transport carts. This Lift employs pneumatically controlled safety locks and other safety features enhancing employee safety.

Standard controls include operator station, pedestal or column mounted for convenient positioning in your facility, and a control console which includes a hydraulic pump with self contained reservoir and appropriate control solenoids.
